Coffee farm of aproximately 546mz/950 acres.
Location: The farm is located in El Crucero, District of Managua, Nicaragua - approx. 21 Kms (30 mins.) from the City of Managua, and 7 Kms off the Pan-American Highway.
· Size: 950 acres approx.
· Features: The farm includes coffee plantations, land suitable for additional planting of coffee, unexploited quarry mines and precious woods trees.
· Others: The land is very fertile and currently is not being fully exploited. It has a potential to sustain large plantations of coffee, other grains, fruits, vegetables, as well as exploitation of wood trees and rock mining. Also the property is the largest in the area and contains the only source of natural water "ojo de agua" in the area.

Coffee Plantation
· Coffee Type is mainly Arabica – Caturra, shade-grown, with the use of environmental friendly, and mostly organic, fertilizers.
· Size: approx 100 acres currently cultivated. Additional coffee can be planted (it is in process of being planted) in the form of coffee bean seeds or young plants.
Precious Woods Trees Forest
